Why kind of limousine is right for me?
We recommend different limousines and vehicles depending on the number of passengers you expect to be riding with you. There are also different limousines based on the level of comfort and luxury your looking for, we will recommend different limousines based on the occasion required. A wedding limousine may not be needed if your just taking a trip to the airport or for a birthday party. When do I have to pay for the limo?
We normally take a down deposit for the limousine and you will pay for the rental when everything is said and done. For special occasions we may require you to pay upfront fully so we can cover expenses that may come up to be ready for your rental. Be sure to give us a call and we'll tell you how you will be asked to pay for your limousine rental. Most cases all we require is a deposit on the rental and the rest after the ride.
Can we play our own music?
Absolutely! All of our vehicles are equipped with systems so you can play whatever music you would like from the comfort of the backseat. If you have a song request but don't have the ability to play music off of your phone or iPod then the driver will be more than willing to play whatever song you would like. We recommend that you let the driver focus on driving instead of asking him for a new song every five minutes, request the driver to put on a music station so you don't have to make him change it so often. Our number one goal is customer safety, so our drivers will make sure they aren't too distracted when changing songs for you.
Can I rent a limousine for my children and their friends?
Yes we provide limousine for young children but we require at least one adult for supervision. If you are requesting a limousine for your child's prom then we don't require adult supervision but please give us a call so we can work out all of the details so we can make this day perfect for your son/daughter.
Do you offer corporate or personal Open Accounts?
Yes! We'd be more than willing to help you out with this please give us a call at (908) 842-0030 and we will help you get setup as soon as possible. We will also help you customize your limousine with personalized details so every time we come pick you up your ride is up to your standard.
Do you provide Alcohol?
No, our limousines don't come with any alcohol but you are more than welcome to bring your own alcohol with you to enjoy, we will provide water and ice. Please keep in mind that you should probably bring alcohol that is easy to consume out of the bottle and doesn't require glasses, mixing or pouring to reduce the amount of spills.
How far in advance do I need call to book a limousine or vehicle?
For sedans normally only 24 hours is required for us to reserve you a vehicle. For limousines or specialty vehicles we would need a proper notification with a deposit well before the date of your event. Of course we will try our best to accommodate last minute reservations but we won't have any guarantee if it is last minute. Please try your best to call well in advance to reserve your vehicle so there is no problems in providing you with a ride.
What do I do if I lost an item in one of your limousines?
If you happen to leave behind a personal belonging whether it be a luggage or personal item our drivers will notify you as soon as they find anything. If you don't receive a call about you leaving behind personal items then feel free to give us a call so we can check again and see if we might of overlooked it.
We can typically fit about 3-4 pieces of luggage but if you have more than that then we can try to fit more luggage inside the vehicle whether it be in the front passenger seat or even in the back seats depending on the number of passengers. We will try our best to accommodate all of the luggage that you are bringing on your trip.
Do you allow smoking?
No we do not allow our passengers to smoke inside of our vehicles as a custody to other passengers that will use the same vehicle at a later date. Please respect our policy and do not smoke inside of our vehicles.
